McVeigh Group staff attend AGM's fully prepared for shareholder questions/comments and, again, these are conducted professionally and very courteously.
The staff are always courteous and friendly when I call. They also respond within the agreed time limit if they can't sort my issue there and then. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Maintenance issues are dealt with as a matter of urgency. There are always great outcomes from AGM's with minutes sent to every landlord.

McVeigh Cunningham Block Management has been providing management services at Ashgrove Hall for a number of years. As a shareholder from this development, I have had the pleasure in liaising with Andrina Fettes who works for the company on all issues regarding maintenance. Andrina deals with these efficiently and effectively, while communicating their progress by email/phone. Accounts are kept up to date and final accounts are submitted to every shareholder at the AGM.
